For years was a model in New York and then spent time in Los
Angeles where she acted for several years. But at some point
along the way, she realized that neither career was for her. With
a business degree from UNC and plenty of metal arts classes
including time at Parsons, she… packed up, moved to the North
Carolina mountains, and began making jewelry for wholesale.
“Suzanne’s jewelry quickly became successful including being
picked up by Sundance catalogues. Although business was booming,
Suzanne began to feel that she was not furthering herself as an
artist. So, she studied with a master jeweler and went back to
retail.”
